Hey :)
Very simple:
1 dark room
1 flashlight
1 inscence stick
and a lighter :)

I had the camera in a long exposure and a quick shot (from behind) with the flash
The hard think was only to balance out the F-Stop/Flash untils I got the smoke color you see on the pic

have fun trying it out!!
